World Language Initiative- MT

World Language Initiative welcomes you to our Spanish classes as they are a segment of our 40+ classes and camps offering seven languages to the Gallatin County! WLI's Language Programs focus on building a lifelong affinity for world languages and cultures through dynamic and immersive Communicative Language teaching models.

It is important to emphasize this class is made possible by the contribution of Yellowstone Club Community Foundation (YCCF) and Moonlight Community Foundation (MCF). Due to their financial support, classes are available to the Big Sky community at no cost.

Here is a brief description about our upcoming class:

First of all, classes run for six weeks. In other words, the timeline is from May 20th to June 27th. Secondly, classes will be held in the community room (second floor) at the Big Sky Medical Center, known for its initials as BSMC, which is located at 334 Town Center Ave. Big Sky, MT 59716-1529. The class size is limited to fifteen students per level. Therefore, register promptly as classes are on high demand.

On the first day of classes, there will be wayfinding signage placed on the front entrance and second floor for clear guiding directions. On that same day, there will be an introduction to staff and students prior to our start time. Early attendance is strongly encouraged in order to discuss details, questions and, or concerns, as well as, to get to know the teacher and classmates.

Last but not least, make sure to enter a valid phone number and e-mail. These two types of information are needed to keep communication between students, teacher, and program director. As part of the program, a WhatsApp group chat will be created as our main communication tool.

Beginner: Monday and Wednesday, from 5:30 to 6:30 pm
