World Language Initiative- MT

WLI is excited to offer a grant-funded, Arabic Summer Camp for grades K-5! This special hybrid camp will be taught virtually by WLI Moroccan educator, Mouloud Mahi, while students participate in person with an adult facilitator. The adult facilitator is Mardy Harding, WLI's Summer Camp program coordinator, who studied abroad in Morocco and studied Arabic. Students will learn Arabic language remotely from Mouloud in the morning while Mardy facilitates. In the afternoon, students will engage in cultural activities such as cooking, song and dance, and games led by Mardy.

• This camp has a maximum capacity of 15 students (entering grades K-5, ages 5+)
• Camps are held at Pilgrim Congregational Church, Bozeman
• Camps run Monday through Thursday from 9am to 3pm
• Students are welcome to arrive no earlier than 8:45am and will be engaged with an activity while waiting for all students to arrive. Camp will begin at 9:00am. Please arrive on time, ready to learn!
• A parent / guardian is required to sign out their child and the end of each day
• Camps need 8 students (minimum) in order to run. If a camp does not reach at least 8 sign ups, it will be canceled and you will be issued a full refund
• Your child’s language coach will email you approximately 1 week prior to your camp start date with more details and information

Refund Policy: Canceling your sign-up more than one month in advance of the camp start date will result in a full refund. Cancellations made between one month and two weeks before the camp start date will result in a 50% REFUND. NO REFUNDS will be made available for cancellations made less than two weeks before camp starts.
